Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling stops the billing. It does not close your account and it does not remove anything you have made. Your account stays open on the free Starter plan, and your data stays where it is.
How to cancel
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to Pause, cancel or delete at the bottom of the page.
- Click Cancel via billing portal. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you confirm the cancellation.
Only the account owner or an admin can manage the subscription.
What happens
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing changes on the day you cancel.
- The billing page then shows "Cancellation scheduled" with the exact date your access to paid features ends.
- At that date your account moves to the free Starter plan — 1 active project and 20 drawings.
- Nothing is deleted. There is no countdown after which your data is removed. Projects beyond the free limits are not deleted either; you decide which to keep active and archive the rest from the Projects list.
Changing your mind
Any time before the end date, reopen the billing portal from Settings → Billing and reactivate. Do it before that date and nothing is interrupted at all.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. See the Refund Policy for when a refund applies.
If you might come back
Consider pausing into vault mode instead. Pausing also stops the billing, and resuming later is one click that remembers your previous plan.
