Every project gets its own ITP register: numbered groups, sections, and tasks with activity, acceptance criteria, verification, references, statuses, and a sign-off matrix. Lead-time notices flip tasks to Upcoming automatically.
The sign-off matrix carries an independent restraint code (Hold, Witness, Review, Surveillance) per task and party. Configure per-project and per-ITP approvers, send sign-off requests, and track SENT / SIGNED / REJECTED per cell.
Attach photos and certificates per task with inline thumbnails, attach files to comments, bulk-edit codes/status/due dates/sends, and roll the register into a snapshot-based ITP report.
